1. User Eligibility and Persona Accounts

• Coaches & Leagues: You certify you possess authorized power to bind your team or athletic association to these terms.
• Parents: You certify you are the lawful parent or legal guardian of any minor athlete attached to your dashboard.

2. Absolute Intellectual Property Lockbox

All software architecture, source code, analytical down-and-distance prediction algorithms, user interface layouts, database structures, graphics, and trade symbols (including the "GM Hexagon Target" logo asset) are the sole exclusive property of Strong Clan Co.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable subscription license to access the platform. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, clone, or repurpose any operational assets of GameMindSports.

3. Governing Law and Forum Selection

These terms, operations, and corporate relations shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this platform shall be brought exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
